Brian is a dynamic executive coach, corporate advisor, and sales leader specializing in sales team mentorship, training, revenue growth, and leadership development. With over 26 years of corporate experience—including 15 years in senior leadership roles such as Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Director—he has led teams across Fortune 500 companies and startups alike.

Brian began his sales career at 19, quickly establishing himself as a top performer. After a decade of individual sales success, he transitioned into leadership, where he refined his skills beyond sales execution to coaching and team development. His diverse experience spans SMB sales—starting with selling floor mats and toilet paper—to leading sales teams in industries such as missile electronics, software, and automation technology.
